Before we move on to the specific treatments and procedures, let's have a quick look at a first aid as essential tool the first aid kit. In an emergency situation, you may need to act quickly so it's important that you're familiar with your first aid kit

PAINKILLERS

  • Tablet(NSAID): Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, Aceclofenac, etc...(SOS, PC)
  • Sprays & Ointments: Moov, Volini, Ominigel.

FEVER

  • Tablet: Paracetamol, Nimesulide, Ibuprofen, etc..(SOS, PC)

HEADACHE

  • Tablet: Aspirin(Disprin), Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, saridon etc...(PC)
  • Ointment: Iodex, Zandu Balm, etc...

NAUSEA & VOMITING

  • Tablet: Periset md(ondasetron), Domstal(domperidone), etc...(PC or AC)
  • Tablet: Promethazine, Hydraxyzine (use in motion sicness)

GAS IN STOMACH, ACIDITY, DUEDONAL ULCER

  • Tablet: Renitidine, Pantaprozole, Omeprazol, Rabeprazole

CONSTIPATION

  • Tablet: Julax(Besacodyl)(with warm watter HS)
  • Liquid: Paraffin 30ml

DIARRHEA/LOOSE MOTION

  • Tablet: Loperamide 2mg, Lactic acid bacillus, Metronidazole, Kaopectate(bismuth subsalicylate)... etc
  • Others: ORS, Glucose

COLD, SNECZING, RUNNY NOSE, ALLERGY

  • Tablet: Cetirizine, Xyzal allergy, Avil(phenaramine maleate)

ABDOMINAL PAIN

  • Tablet: Dicyclomine

COUGH(normaly cough)

  • Dry Cough- Syrup: Ascoril-D(1 tsp BD)
  • Wet Cought- Syrup: Grilictus-BM(1 tsp BD)

SKIN BURNING

  • Cream: Silver sulfadiazine, Burnol.

SKIN DISEASE, RASHES, ITCHING

  • Lotion: Calamine (skin protection), Glycerine (for dry skin, burning)

MOUTH ULCER

  • Capsule: Becosules(B-Complex)
  • Lotion: Phillips(milk of magnesia), glycerine

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE(hypertension)

if you are suffering from chronic hypertension so you should take only prescribed medicine by your doctor.

  • Tablet: Atenolol(not for asthma patient), Losartas(losartan potassium)

LOW BLOOD PRESSURE(hypotension)

if you are suffering from chronic hypertension so you should take only prescribed medicine by your doctor.

  • Tablet: Floricot(fludrocortisone)

GENERAL INJURY-DRESSING

  • Ointment: Povidone iodine(betadine), Soframycin
  • Lotion: Povidone iodine(betadine)
  • liquid for cleaner: dettol, Savlon
  • Others: Bended, Bendage, Cotton
